The NAC332 is best described as the “analogue centre” of a hi-fi system, delivering optimal performance to your power amplifier and loudspeakers. The NAC332 is Naim Audio’s most versatile preamplifier to date, offering a direct connection for headphones as well as supporting their NVC TT phono preamplifier for listening to vinyl.

Under the leadership of their Technical Director, Naim’s engineers have developed specific electronic circuits to give the New Classic products superior performance. The finest components have been carefully selected for the NAC 332, and they are mounted on printed circuit boards with metallic holes for increased quality and durability. The architecture of the Statement volume control has been used. Added to this are a high-performance transistor and balanced outputs that preserve sound quality over long distances and allow rack installation.

Including numerous elements derived from Naim’s flagship Statement S1 pre-amp, the NAC 332 is the analogue source hub without compromise, delivering the best in musical performance to your amplifier and loudspeakers. It’s Naim’s most adaptable pre-amplifier to date, allowing the direct connection of headphones, and supporting the NVC TT outboard phono stage for exceptional vinyl playback.

Optimised circuit topology provides improved musical performance from all sources due largely to an incredibly low noise floor, all controlled via the convenient remote volume control and input selection facilities in the Focal & Naim App, and without the need for line of sight.

The NAC 332 links perfectly to the streamer NSS 333 and power amplifier NAP 350 from Naim Audio’s new-for-2023 New Classic range.

Statement volume control architecture using reed relays. Premium sound quality of fixed resistor volume control, providing precise channel balance. Uses super smooth fly-by-wire optical encoder with precision ball raced bearing.

0.5W standby power
Using two internal power supplies; one is a high quality audiophile linear type, based on a large toroidal transformer. The other is a highly efficient SMPSU for 0.5W power consumption in standby during standby mode.
